Brighton Fest:
We are looking for items to fill Themed Baskets. Each grade has a theme and the winner of the most votes at the Brighton Fest will be given a group prize. So lets get those items sent in. All items can be sent in to the BMS Band Hall or BHS Band Hall.
6th Grade- Salon 7th Grade- Tailgate 8th Grade- Music 9th Grade- Coke 10th Grade- NASCAR 11th Grade- Kitchen Gadgets 12th Grade-Movie
Any donations for the Brighton Fest are greatly appreciated. Please send them into the BMS Band Hall or BHS Band Hall or call Tiare 283-2694.

Brighton Booster Board Members Nominations are due to Mr. Findley or Geoff Jones by April 1st.
ARTICLE VII Nominations: All nominations need to be turned in to the current president by April 1. All nominations will be posted in both band halls and/or Band Website. Any associated band fees must be paid up-to-date and the consent of the candidate must be obtained prior to his/her name being placed in nomination. The candidate must be a parent, relative or legal guardian of a band member to be eligible to run for office. To be eligible for the offices of President and Vice President-High School – the candidate must have 4 years verifiable participation in a booster program with 1year active participation with Brighton Band Boosters. For Treasurer the candidate must have 4 years verifiable participation in a booster program with 1year active participation with Brighton Band Boosters as a Co-Treasurer. For the offices of Vice President – Middle School, Secretary and Co-Treasurer the nominee must have 1year active participation with Brighton Band Boosters. Participation verifications will be performed by a current Executive Board Member.
ARTICLE VIII
Elections
Officers will be elected from the membership on an annual basis by a majority vote of the membership present at the April Booster meeting. The newly elected officers shall be installed and assume their respective offices on June1st. |
