The first fair-share fundraiser of 2008-2009 is

upon us....

BBQ Butt Fair Share Fundraiser

We have once again teamed up

with Fastimes to bring everyone great

BBQ!

Here is the quick version:

Start:  Now

Money & Orders:  August 15

Cost: $25 each

Sell: 6 minimum or Fair Share

Pick up at Fastimes-Hwy 14: August 27-29

This fundraiser is under way, and pick up is scheduled just in time for Labor Day!  Your student should have brought home an order form with 10 tickets attached.   Each family purchasing a shoulder should receive a ticket with the information written on it by the student, as this is the customer receipt for pick-up.  Each butt is $25.

Order forms, unused tickets, money [including "Fair Share" money], must be turned in no later than August 15.  We have to let Fastimes know how much we have sold in order for them to be prepared. 

Pickup is scheduled for Wednesday through Friday, August 27-29, 2008 between 4 pm and 7 pm at the Austin Peay (Hwy 14 & Atoka-Idaville) Fastimes. Due to cooking-space limitations at Fastimes, your fully cooked butt may be hot, chilled or even frozen.  They reheat very well in a warm oven or crock pot. 

As with all of our fundraisers, money is due up front and all checks should be made payable to BHS Band Boosters.

Each student is required to sell 6 items for this fundraiser or pay the equivalent  $60 "fair share" amount ($10 per butt not sold). See Fundraiser Q&A.
