Please try to attend, band doesn't stop just because marching season is over. We still have loads of band left before the school year ends.

The Band Booster program at BHS consists of volunteers who have organized to support the band.  Every parent of a band, guard or percussion student is a "Booster".  We have meetings once a month, usually the 2nd Tuesday, (**2nd Thursday until further notice) and discuss the current band happenings, event organization, volunteers needed, financial situation, upcoming fundraising, etc.  We invite every booster to attend meetings so they will have a voice in the program & know what is going on. The Brighton Band Boosters

present the

1st Annual Brighton Fest

and Car Show

April 24, 2010

at Brighton High School

from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m.

We are looking for car show sponsors, and we are selling booths for people to set up and sell what ever they want. We are only allowing 1 vendor per food item...i.e., if you sell BBQ, only one BBQ booth will be allowed.

All of the Brighton bands will perform during the day: 6th, 7th, 8th grade, symphonic, concert, both jazz bands, percussion ensemble and sax quartet.  All proceeds go toward the purchase of an equipment truck, uniforms and new instruments.  Contact Elsie Craft for more information.
